“(Actually) the essence of boredom is to be found in the obsessive search for novelty. Satisfaction lies in mindful repetition, the discovery of endless richness in subtle variations on familiar themes.”

A lot of what I teach has been inspired by these resources. The principals and wisdoms found in their pages, on the podcasts or during the lessons, have transformed my life and continue to inspire me onwards and upwards. When I coach, depending on the area of need, I recommend several of these resources as a support to the work we do in my sessions. I want to clarify though, that I don’t blindly agree with every single concept or application of the convictions conveyed in some of these resources. I believe everyone’s journey is different, and we can approach this with a baseline that we each are the expert on our own lives, and our intuition is priceless when going through a transformative process where old things fall away and new things are built. I trust you.
